This CD, an alternate release of DACD19, was issued in a 7.5"-square box (pictured above; below is the vinyl single’s cover art, for reference) which also contained a double-sided poster of the We Two Are One covers, but the poster is folded to fit inside the box and therefore is unfortunately quite creased.
